Refund policy

At Indoorfit, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the product under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 15 days of delivery.

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at indoorfitdotin@gmail.com with your order details. Once we approve the return, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.

3. Refunds

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items, such as digital products like the Jump Rope Crash Course, are not eligible for returns.
